Who releases this electronic medical record? You own and control your medical database. PulszCard^tm stores the database for your convience and only releases the medical report upon your request. The request is generated by toll free telephone access to the automated telephone center of PulszCard^tm or by E Mail request via an internet command at the web site of PulszCard^tm. If you are ill and unable to initiate the command, a health care provider can use your ID card (badge) to access the system if they follow the phone protocol. If  the PulszCard^tm search engine is used to identify the client, the system will only release an allergy report if the client number (SSN) and password are not available This a protective function of your medical database and privacy issue as protected by HIPPA.

How is this electronic medical record released? The release is electronic and fully automated in order to be available 24/7 and error free as regards to proper database selection and there is a fresh compilation of the report every time it is requested. A toll free phone service always instructs the user on proper phone procedure to fax the fresh report to a caregiver 24/7! The browser command buttons on the  PulszCard^tm web site helps guide the user to a successful E Mail or Fax transmission or both types at once.

Who owns this electronic medical record? Since the medical database is created by the client, the actual content of the database is owned by the user. PulszCard^tm owns the rights of storage and release of the medical record as governed by state, federal laws and HIPPA. There is a fee for service for maintaining the database for the client. The fee is renewed yearly  for continuation of service.       

How safe is this electronic medical record? The medical database is stored on firewall protected computer systems with back up protection. The medical record data transactions are secure socket layer (SSL) technology protected from hackers and hijackers. All medical database entries are uniquely encrypted for each session!
