All registered clients have given PulszCard this license for emergency release to a care provider.

• If SNN and Password are not entered, only the client's name, age, sex and allergy is available. Please search by at least three parameters: Name (first name, middle name or last name), Location (city and or state), Birthdate or any three parameter combinations!
• If SSN and Password are entered, the entire medical record is available.
• Mouse over the search icon and click to begin the search option.
